I'm Karen S. Ramos — a fiction author from Arkansas with a passion for stories that pull you in and don't let go. I write across mystery, thriller, fantasy, romance, and contemporary fiction, always keeping it clean and G-rated so readers of all ages can enjoy.
My writing journey led me to found Castellan Publishing — born out of frustration with predatory publishing services that drain new authors with unnecessary upsells and empty promises. I wanted to create something better: honest, transparent services that put authors first.
When I'm not writing, I'm helping other authors navigate the publishing world without getting scammed — real editing by real humans, fair pricing, and genuine guidance every step of the way.
